This will be held as deposit against any damage that may be incured
& will be returned after your departure.
The hirer agrees to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition,
and will reimburse in respect of any damage to the property or effects
therein.
The booking is for the purpose of a holiday only, therefore has no security
of tenure.
For the benefit of other guests this is a no smoking cottage.
Dogs must not be allowed upstairs, or on any sofas, and must not be
left unattended in the cottage.

Conditions of Booking:
A deposit should be sent with a completed booking form.
Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to MRS G.P.HIRST
The balance is payable 4 weeks before commencement of your holiday,
when final details will be sent with your receipt.
We regret that deposits are non refundable. Any cancellation must be
advised at least 28 days prior to your holiday.
Shorter notice is liable to payment of the balance in full.
Cancellations - standard WTB conditions apply to all reservations.
We advise that you take out your own holiday insurance. which can be
obtained from any Travel Agent or Post Office.
